As a Fitness instructor freelancing in many different Facilities other than gyms, my most heartfelt ones were working with kids in various schools and the Elderly in Senior Facilities. The children would charge me with so much love and energy that when I would arrive at the senior facilities, I would be able to fill their cups to get through the following days until I was back to refill their cups just a bit more. I planned it this way to never run out of energy or feel depleted. My all-time favorite group was the Alzheimer's and dementia group. Now you might ask why?

I can honestly say their faces lit up just a bit more for the moment and time the music was going. I was sure that I could bring them back to a place and time they could recall.
